What is it like to have a family full of Celiac's? This is the question we always get. So this is the short answer I always give. This is by far the hardest thing that we have had to go through cause now not only is Tina and I celiac our son is too. It's one thing for us as adults to suffer though a gluten attack but for a child who cant speak yet and can only cry with pain when he has a small amount of gluten is something I hope no mother ever has to experience. I started this blog to document our gluten free lifestyle for my wife who has celiac. During the last few months Our son and I have been tested and both have celiac as well. So now the life change is that much more important. With that being said our family will have a lot more challenges on the horizon and I will be documenting our whole journey from restaurants to parties.
